Bishop Dr. George Rivera is one of the founders and President of United Remnant Ministries.  He was born and raised in Bronx, NY to Angel and Victoria Rivera.  After graduating from Haaren High School, he enlisted in the US Air Force in 1971 and received technical training in aircraft maintenance. While in the Airforce he traveled all over the world distributing supplies to American embassies and service men.  He served in several military conflicts such as Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, and Desert Shield/Desert Storm receiving many awards. He rededicated his life to the Lord on March of 1986.  He retired from McGuire Air Force Base in 1991 and landed a position as a correctional officer for the state of New Jersey.   He grew and served at International Revival Tabernacle in Browns Mills, NJ for over 20 years Pastored by Ernest Trueblood and moved up the ranks to become an Elder assisting the Pastor.  He received religious education and graduated from Bible schools and colleges as follows; Redeemer Bible Institute, York Christian College with a B.A. in theology, a Masters in divinity and received a certificate for Chaplaincy, he graduated from Rivers of Life School of Ministry in Philadelphia, PA under Prophetess Dr. Tracey Williams covering the prophetic and dreams and completed his Doctorate of Theology studies at Jamison School of Theology in Philadelphia, PA.  He was installed as Pastor of United Remnant Ministries alongside his wife Kim Rivera in November of 2008 by Bishop Sarah Stevenson of the Church of Prayer and Deliverance Inc. and in July of 2011 was ordained a Bishop by Bishop Alley Jones of Universal House of Prayer and Deliverance Inc.  He has over 25 years of ministerial experience.  This involves Pastoral duties, conducting worship services in prisons, hospitals, drug rehabs and mentoring.  He also held positions at Deborah and Virtua hospitals as Chaplain Adjutant providing counseling services in New Jersey.  He retired from the Juvenile Justice Commission of New Jersey in December of 2011.  Also alongside his wife and sister in-law Dawn Price started another 501© (3) organization called “Created for Purpose” Community Development Corporation in 2016 that became United Remnant Ministries Outreach arm.  He relocated to Fayetteville, NC with his wife and other family members in April 2021.  He has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.  He continues with the ministry alongside his wife in North Carolina conducting street outreach, prayer, bible studies and more via zoom and facebook.  The teachings have reached some believers in the states and countries such as Liberia, India, China, Pakistan and the Philippians. His mission is to reach the lost and raise up leaders to impact our communities.  He commits himself to the study, understanding and revelation of God’s word.  

Kim Rivera is one of the founders and Pastors of United Remnant Ministries. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA to James and Burnell Price.  She received the Lord in her life at a young age.  After graduating from Sto-Rox High School she attended Connelly Skill Learning Center for practical nurse and received her license in 1981 and

She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA to James and Burnell Price.  She received the Lord in her life at a young age.  After graduating from Sto-Rox High School she attended Connelly Skill Learning Center for practical nurse and received her license in 1981 and then in 1983 she enlisted into the Army trained in communications and the administrative field.  She completed her military career at Fort Dix, NJ after 6 years. She was then employed by the Federal Government at General Services Administration supporting military efforts.   She served and grew in the Lord at International Revival Tabernacle in Browns Mills, NJ for over 20 years Pastored by Ernest Trueblood and moved up the ranks to become an Evangelist assisting the Pastor.  She received religious education and graduated from Bible schools and colleges as follows: Redeemer Bible Institute, York Christian College with a B.A. in Theology; graduated from Rivers of Life School of Ministry in Philadelphia, PA under Prophetess Dr. Tracey Williams covering the prophetic and dreams and later taught the inner healing class.  She also received a certification in Life Schools Instructor from Arise Foundation and Life Coach from Coach Training Alliance.  She is the author of the book “Will the Real You Please Stand Up, Getting Beyond Your Past.”   She was installed as Co-Pastor of United Remnant Ministries alongside her husband George Rivera in November 2008 by Bishop Sarah Stevenson of the Church of Prayer and Deliverance Inc. She has been involved with different types of ministries in the church such as pastoral care, praise and worship leader, women’s, children and teen ministries, healing & deliverance, teaching and preaching the word, drama club, administrative work and outreach ministry for over 25 years in the streets, hospital, prisons; after school programs and drug rehabs   She retired from General Services Administration in 2012 with 28 years of Federal Government service. In 2016 alongside her husband and sister Dawn Price started another 501© (3) organization called “Created for Purpose” Community Development Corporation that became United Remnant Ministries Outreach arm.  She took part in a mission trip to Monrovia Liberia in 2019 to Jehovah Jireh Ministries International headed by Bishop Esther Nyemah.  She relocated to Fayetteville, NC alongside her husband and other family members in April 2021.  She has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.  She continues with the ministry alongside her husband in North Carolina conducting street outreach, and prayer, bible studies and more via zoom and facebook reaching here in the states and abroad. She considers herself a servant of God and his partner in Kingdom Enterprise.  Her mission is to be used by the Holy Spirit for people to be healed and delivered finding more intimacy with God so they can discover and progress in their God given assignment. 

Dawn Marie Price is a minister and holds the position as secretary of the board at United Remnant Ministries. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA to James and Burnell Price. Dawn Marie Price is a minister and holds the position as secretary of the board at United Remnant Ministries. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA to James and Burnell Price. She graduated from Sto-Rox High School. She accepted the Lord in her young adult years. She worked as a Supervisor at The Knowledge Connection Center After-School Program from 1997 to 2000. She started her religious education in 1998 at New Testament School of Ministries and received a certificate of license for the Ministry of Helps and Teacher in Rankin, PA. She obtained a position as a Coordinator for the Beverly Jewel Wall Lovelace Fund for Children After-School Program from 2000 to 2003, Teacher/Counselor/Childcare Worker for Familylinks from 2003 to 2005 and a Nanny for 15 years. She volunteered as the President of Ohio View Acres Resident Council from 2000 to 2003 and sat on the Board of Directors for Allegheny County Housing Authority from 2003 to 2009. 

Dawn has been involved with ministry for over 20 years as a Sunday School Teacher, Creative Dance Instructor for children and adults, Secretary, Praise and Worship Leader, Music Director, Armor Bearer and Soloist at New Testament Ministries under the direction of Pastor Sandra Gatewood from 1988 to 2014. She also was a Soloist for Inner City Perceptions Inc., local television show produced by Reverend Helen Burton and cohost Thomas King from 2011 to 2014. 

Dawn relocated to Westampton, NJ in 2014 to help assist with United Remnant Ministries. She received more religious education and participated in altar ministry, prison and hospital ministry, street outreach, administrative work, praise and worship and was the Director of Kingdom Kids Sunday School under the leadership of Bishop George and Pastor Kim Rivera. She received a Certificate of Completion at River of Life School of Ministry in Philadelphia, PA, under Prophetess Dr. Tracey Williams covering the prophetic and dreams in 2015. Dawn was appointed to be the Director of Created for Purpose Community Development Corporation by the founders George and Kim Rivera in 2016. She received a Certificate of Completion from Christians Leader’s Institute in 2018. Dawn took part in a mission trip to Monrovia Liberia in 2019 with other ministers to Jehovah Jireh Ministries International headed by Bishop Esther Nyemah. 

Dawn moved to Fayetteville, NC in 2021 with family and continued ministering in the work of the Lord. She changed her career and took an on-the-job training position as an Intake Clerk at Greater Image, Inc. Due to COVID 4 months later Dawn was let go of this position and gained a remote position shortly after with Exhale Women’s Fellowship, Inc. as a Victim Service Case Manager, where she assists helping domestic and sexual violence women. During two mission trips to Eswatini, Africa in 2024 and 2025, Dawn preached at Christian Family Church International, assisted at the Livivane Guest House, conducted medical outreach, delivering medications to individuals with disabilities and those unable to access the clinic, and taught Bible study to the clinic staff. Dawn intends to travel back to Eswatini, Africa, in June 2026 to continue the work she started and return home in October 2026. Dawn’s assignment is to invest her experiences and talents with the world and help people become a productive member of society and fulfill their God given purpose. She continues to commit herself to studying and understanding the revelation of God’s word. Dawn aspirers to launch her own business that supports women, partner with Exhale Women's Fellowship, and serve as a part-time missionary to help people worldwide.
